• Eric Compton (USNA '20): Eric brings on-site expertise to renovation and management decisions. Eric is our main principal and founder, with a stellar track record of managing over 25 properties by the age of 26! • Rob Pekarek (USNA '21): As our investor relations specialist, Rob combines his real estate investment experience with a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals. Rob is currently an active duty Officer in the Air Force. Schedule a meeting with Rob to learn more about what we do!

• Ryan Kalnins (USMA '14): Was an engineer officer with the 82nd Airborne Division for 6 years and left the Army in 2020 to begin working in the property management business. Ryan began working with one of the largest low-income tax credit companies in the US. His portfolio rapidly grew until he had over 700 units under his management. He has extensive experience is all aspects of property management and asset management.

• Geoffrey Whiteside (USNA '15): Geoffrey is our acquisition specialist and one of Virginia Beach’s top realtors! Host of the Blue and Gold podcast, Geoffrey also co-manages the USNA property network.
